Roberto Clemente Stadium

Picture of Estadio Roberto Clemente (which is Spanish for the Roberto Clemente Stadium). The
stadium is located just by the lake in Masaya, Nicaragua. It was constructed just after Roberto
Clemente's death as he had donated large sums of money and aid after the war and various
earthquakes. He is legendary in Nicaragua and people remember him with pride. This picture was
taken by John Roth in the summer of 2001.
